摘  要:82B盘条中异常组织如马氏体、网状渗碳体使其在拉拔中易发生断裂,严重影响生产经济效益,且其中马氏体等级与产品质量密切相关。针对82B盘条出现马氏体甚至同时出现网状渗碳体异常组织的问题,通过场发射扫描电镜(SEM)、电子探针(EPMA)等实验方法观察盘条横、纵截面金相组织及测定横截面合金元素分布分析其形成原因,并对两种马氏体等级评定方法进行了评估。结果表明:采用横截面法评定的马氏体等级高于纵截面法0.5~1.0级。生产批量检测时应采用横截面法,而在研发和处理用户质量异议等特殊情况下,宜辅助采用纵截面法。心部1.01~1.16的锰、铬元素偏析是马氏体形成的主要原因;网状渗碳体的形成主要原因则是碳元素含量过高。The abnormal microstructures in 82B wire rod,such as martensite and network cementite,make it easy to fracture during drawing,which seriously affects the economic benefits of production.Martensite grade is closely related to the product quality.Aiming at the problem that 82B wire rod had martensite and even network cementite abnormal structure at the same time,the metallographic structures of the transverse and longitudinal sections of the wire rod were observed by field emission scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and electron probe microanalysis(EPMA).Moreover,the distribution of alloy elements in the cross section was determined to analyze the reasons.Two methods for evaluation of martensite grade were discussed.The results showed that the martensite grade evaluated by the cross-section method was 0.5-1.0 grade higher than that evaluated by the longitudinal cross-section method.The cross-section method should be used in the production batch inspection,while in special cases such as research and handling of user quality objections,the longitudinal cross-section method could be supplemented.The segregation of Mn and Cr elements in the center of 1.01-1.16 was the main reason for the formation of martensite.The main reason for the formation of network cementite was the excessive content of C.
