摘　　要：目的 通过对疫情期间方舱医院感染者自主管理模式的进一步创新实践,实现有效降低防控期间人力和物资资源的消耗,尽最大可能减轻日常隔离医护服务人员的感染风险,确保方舱医院的运行平稳安全。方法 依托《新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案(试行第9版)》的指导原则,以巴彦淖尔市定点医院和方舱医院疫情期间所实行的感染者自主管理模式为研究对象,有针对性地制作问卷调查表,运用问卷星软件对部分感染者和工作人员实施问卷调查,进而对问卷的结果进行分析研判,进一步改进完善管理模式;同时对管理实践中人力资源、物资资源的投入进行大数据对比研究,以此评价自主管理模式的实际成效。结果 实施方舱医院自主管理新模式后,感染隔离者对新冠病毒相关知识的认知度有了显著提高;对新管理模式认知认可度均高于实施前(P <0.05);方舱医院人力资源和物资消耗较标准管理模式大幅度降低。结论 感染者自主管理模式具有安全简洁易操作的特点,弥补了方舱医院前期管理工作上的短板,让方舱医院的管理更为科学合理,精准高效。其可以充分降低院感风险,大幅降低人力资源、物资资源的消耗,大幅减少对当地医疗机构正常诊疗的影响。Objective The innovative practice of autonomous management mode of infected persons in mobile cabin hospitals can effectively reduce the consumption of human and material resources and ensure the smooth and safe operation of mobile cabin hospitals without affecting daily medical services as far as possible.Methods To study the autonomous management mode of infected patients in Bayannur City Hospital and mobile cabin hospital,we make a questionnaire,implement a questionnaire survey to some infected patients and staffthrough the questionnaire star,and analyze the results of the questionnaire;at the same time,we also conduct a comparative study on the input of human resources and material resources,so as to evaluate the effect of the autonomous management mode.Results After the implementation of the new model of autonomous management in mobile cabin hospital,there was a significant increase in the knowledge of infected isolates about the new coronavirus.Another,the recognition of the new management model was higher than before the implementation(P<0.05).Finally,the consumption of human resources and materials in mobile cabin hospital was significantly reduced compared to the standard management model.Conclusion The feature of the infected person self-management model is safe,simple and easy to operate,which makes up for the shortcomings of the management of the mobile cabin hospital and makes the management of the mobile cabin hospital more scientific,rational,precise and efficient.It can fully reduce the risk of hospital infection,significantly reduce the consumption of human and material resources,and significantly reduce the impact on the normal treatment of local medical institutions.
