拇指点按法在髌骨张腱末端病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察髌骨张腱末端病采用拇指点按法的临床疗效。方法 选取2021年6月至2022年6月于我院诊治的髌骨张腱末端病患者74例,根据不同的治疗方式分为对照组和观察组,对照组37例患者采用扶他林外用治疗,观察组37例患者采用拇指点按法治疗,两组均辅以功能练习。对比两组治疗后的临床疗效,比较治疗前后HSS膝关节评分以及VAS评分。结果 治疗后,观察组治疗有效率97.30%高于对照组86.49%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗前,观察组与对照组的HSS膝关节评分及VAS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后,两组HSS膝关节评分高于治疗前,且观察组HSS膝关节评分高于对照组,两组VAS评分低于治疗前,且观察组VAS评分低于对照组,组内和组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论髌骨张腱末端病采用拇指点按法取得良好的临床疗效,拇指点按法是一种安全、有效的治疗方式。Objective To investigate the efficacy of thumb point pressing on patellar tendinosis.Methods Seventy-four patients with patellar tendinosis treated in Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods.The control group was given voltalin.The observation group was giventhumb point pressing.Both groups were supplemented by functional exercises.Compared the treatment effect,VAS score and HSS knee joint score of the two groups after the treatment.Results After the treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was 97.30%which was higher than 86.49%that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS score and HSS knee joint score between groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the HSS knee joint score of patients in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,and VAS score was lower than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patellar tendinosus tendinosus terminalis disease by thumb point pressing has achieved good clinical efficacy.The thumb point pressing is a safe and effective treatment method.
