摘  要:为测定在疫病流行区育肥猪饲料中添加0.1 g/kg姜黄素对血清SOD和IgG表达影响,试验在饲喂杜×长×大三元杂交的猪场进行。饲喂起于26日龄断奶的仔猪至150 d出栏止,在试验的35 d、84 d随机采取60头进行前腔静脉采血,用ELSIA方法测定血清中的SOD和IgG。结果表明,饲喂添加0.1 g/kg姜黄素84 d后,猪血清中的SOD含量和IgG含量可显著提高(P<0.01);35 d测定猪血清中的SOD含量和IgG含量结果组间无显著差异。根据猪场重要数据统计表明,在饲料中添加0.1 g/kg姜黄素,可以提高育肥猪的免疫力,促进育肥猪的健康生长。To determine the effects of adding 0.1 g/kg curcumin to the feed of finishing pigs in epidemic areas on the expressions of serum SOD and IgG,the experiment was carried out in the pig farm of three-way crossbred(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire).The piglets were fed from the 26th day of weaning to the 150th day of slaughter.On the 35th and 84th days of the experiment,60 pigs were randomly selected for anterior cardinal vein blood collection,and the serum SOD and IgG were measured by ELSIA method.The results showed that after feeding with 0.1 g/kg curcumin for 84 days,the contents of SOD and IgG in pig serum reached a very significant level(P<0.01);There was no difference in the content of SOD and IgG in pig serum after 35 days.According to the important data of pig farms,adding 0.1 g/kg curcumin to the feed can improve the immunity of finishing pigs and promote the healthy growth of finishing pigs.
