宁夏某规模化奶牛场犊牛呼吸道疾病病原菌分离鉴定及敏感药物鉴定

摘　　要：为了解宁夏某规模化奶牛场犊牛呼吸道主要病原菌的类型,并筛选敏感药物,为该场犊牛呼吸道疾病的防治提供依据。将采集病犊牛鼻拭子进行实验室细菌分离纯化培养,纯化菌株经16S rRNA测序后,进行同源性比较与遗传进化分析,并对分离菌株的敏感药物筛选。结果显示,细菌纯化培养共分离出3种菌株;同源性比较及遗传进化树分析结果表明,分离株FLZ1、FLZ2、FLZ3分别与肺炎克雷伯氏菌、多杀性巴氏杆菌、多动物链球菌菌株序列同源性高。药敏试验结果显示,3株分离菌株均对阿米卡星、红霉素、利奈唑胺、恩诺沙星、氯霉素敏感。研究结果可为诊断和防治宁夏地区奶犊牛呼吸系统病提供参考。In order to understand the types of main pathogenic bacteria in the respiratory tract of calves in a large-scale dairy farm in Ningxia,and screen sensitive drugs,so as to provide basis for the prevention and treatment of respiratory diseases of calves in this farm,the nasal swabs collected from diseased calves were used to isolate,purify and culture bacteria in the laboratory.After 16S rRNA sequencing,the purified strains were compared for homology and genetic evolution analysis,and the sensitive drugs of the isolated strains were screened.The results showed that three strains were isolated from the purified bacteria;The results of homology comparison and phylogenetic tree analysis showed that the isolates flz1,flz2 and flz3 had high sequence homologies with Klebsiella pneumoniae,Pasteurella multocida and Streptococcus pluranimalium,respectively.The results of drug sensitivity test showed that the three isolates were sensitive to amikacin,erythromycin,linezolid,enrofloxacin and chloramphenicol.This study provides a reference for the diagnosis and control of respiratory diseases of dairy calves in Ningxia.
