体质量指数与多囊卵巢综合征患者脂代谢、尿酸及血清性激素水平的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨体质量指数(BMI)与多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者脂代谢、尿酸(UA)及血清性激素水平的相关性。方法选取108例PCOS患者为研究对象,根据BMI分为正常组、超重组及肥胖组,每组36例。比较三组患者脂代谢水平、UA及血清性激素水平,并进行相关性分析。结果随着BMI水平由正常升至超重及肥胖,三组患者血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及UA含量明显上升,血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平显著下降(P<0.05)。随着BMI水平由正常升至超重及肥胖,三组血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))、孕酮(P)及睾酮(T)水平呈明显降低趋势(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,PCOS患者BMI与血清TC、TG、LDL-C、UA水平呈正相关,与血清HDL-C、FSH、LH、E_(2)、P及T水平呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论不同BMI对PCOS患者脂代谢、UA水平及性激素水平的影响不同,超重和肥胖BMI与PCOS患者脂代谢、UA水平及性激素水平具有相关性。Objective To investigate the correlation between body mass index(BMI)and lipid metabolism,uric acid(UA)and serum sex hormone levels in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods 108 patients with PCOS were selected as research objects and divided into normal group,superrecombinant group and obese group according to BMI,with 36 patients in each group.Lipid metabolism,UA and serum sex hormone levels were compared among the three groups,and correlation analysis was conducted.Results With the increase of BMI from normal to overweight and obesity,the contents of serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and UA in three groups were significantly increased,while the serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)level was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The serum levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E_(2)),progesterone(P)and testosterone(T)in the three groups were significantly decreased with the increase of BMI from normal to overweight and obesity(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that BMI in PCOS patients was positively correlated with the levels of serum TC,TG,LDL-C and UA,and negatively correlated with the levels of serum HDL-C,FSH,LH,E_(2),P and T(P<0.05).Conclusion Different BMI has different effects on lipid metabolism,UA level and sex hormone level in PCOS patients.Overweight and obesity BMI have correlation with lipid metabolism,UA level and sex hormone level in PCOS patients.
