中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎性疾病的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究慢性盆腔炎性疾病患者采用中西医结合治疗的临床效果。方法选取300例慢性盆腔炎性疾病患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各150例。对照组单用西医治疗,研究组应用中西医结合治疗。比较两组临床效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、转化生长因子β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)及白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为3.33%,显著低于对照组的16.67%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者疼痛评分、阴道分泌物症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组疼痛评分、阴道分泌物症状评分均降低,且研究组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慢性盆腔炎性疾病患者实施中西医结合治疗可发挥突出效果,不仅安全性较高,且可降低炎症因子水平,具有临床推广价值。Objective To explore the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 300 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,150 cases each.The control group was treated with Western medicine alone,while the research group was treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 83.33%(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),transforming growth factorβ_(1)(TGF-β_(1)),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and interleukin-8(IL-8)were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 3.33%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(16.67%,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in pain score and vaginal discharge score between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,pain score and vaginal discharge symptom score were decreased in both groups,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can be treated with integrated Chinese and western medicine,which not only has high safety,but also can reduce the level of inflammatory factors,which has the value of clinical promotion.
