摘  要:可自修复、可重复利用的热固性材料的设计与开发,是近年高分子材料的研究热点之一。本着为高分子教学实验探索更多可能性的初衷,本工作采用对苯二甲醛、双官能度聚醚胺和三官能度聚醚胺为原料,构建了席夫碱型的交联网络结构,成功制备了一种可自修复、可重塑的热固性材料。由于材料中含有大量的亚胺键(—C=N—),在中温(80~100℃)下发生快速且可逆的亚胺网络重排反应,材料表现出良好的自修复和重塑行为。实验条件温和且操作简便,适合作为材料类教学实验和中学生科普实验进行推广。The design and development of self-healing and reusable thermosetting materials became one of the hot topics in polymer materials study in recent years.In this paper,terephthalaldehyde,dipolyetheramine and ternary polyetheramine were employed as the raw materials to prepare such kind of thermosetting materials with Schiff base-type cross-linked network structure.The materials showed great self-healing and remodeling behavior due to the rapid and reversible imine network rearrangement reaction occurs at the temperature of 80~100℃among the large amount of imine bonds(-C=N-).Owing to the advantages of mild reaction conditions and convenient operations,the procedure is suitable to be promoted as a teaching experiment for material majors and apopular science experiment for high school students.
