摘 要:目的 分析以问题为导向的教学方法在肝胆胰肿瘤外科临床护理教学中的应用效果,整体提升实习生总体的教学质量。方法 选取2019年12月1日-2021年11月30日在肝胆胰肿瘤外科实习的66名实习生作为研究对象,均为女生,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=33例)和对照组(n=33例)。对照组实施传统教学方法,观察组实施以问题为导向的教学方法。比较2组实习生的教学满意度和学习成绩。结果 观察组实习生在理论知识(21.85±1.15)分、基本技能(21.61±1.22)分、病例分析(22.94±0.70)分、主动学习积极性(23.06±0.70)分、考核总分(89.30±2.07)分5方面分值均高于对照组。观察组实习生教学满意度96.97%,高于对照组81.82%。结论 以问题为导向的教学方法在肝胆胰肿瘤外科护理教学中能明显提高实习生的教学成绩及教学满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objectives This study aims to observe and analyze the application effect of the problem-based teaching method in clinical nursing teaching of hepatobiliary and pancreatic tumor surgery,so as to improve the overall teaching quality of interns.Methods A total of 66 females who were interns in the Department of Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Oncology Surgery from December 1,2019 to November 30,2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into an observation group(n=33 cases)and a control group(n=33 cases).The control group implemented traditional teaching methods,and the observation group implemented problem-oriented teaching methods.The teaching satisfaction and learning performance of the two groups of interns were compared.Results The interns in the observation group scored higher than the interns in the control group from the perspectives of theoretical knowledge(21.85±1.15),basic.skills(21.61±1.22),case analysis(22.94±0.70),active learning enthusiasm(23.06±0.70),and total assessment scores(89.30±2.07).The teaching satisfaction of the interns in the observation group was 96.97%,which was 81.82%higher than that in the control group.Conclusions The problem--based teaching method in hepatobiliary and pancreatic tumor surgery nursing teaching can significantly improve the teaching performance and teaching satisfaction of interns,which is worthy of clinical application.
