摘 要:利用高温疲劳试验机进行GH4169电子束焊接头在不同温度下的疲劳试验,通过接头的高温疲劳数据研究材料在不同温度下的高温疲劳性能。结果表明:随着温度的升高,GH4169电子束焊接头的疲劳性能先降低再升高,当温度达到650℃时,γ′相的析出强化了材料疲劳性能。利用SEM扫描电镜对断口进行微观分析,研究发现室温下GH4169焊接接头的断裂模式为穿晶断裂,随着温度的升高,断口多为穿晶断裂与沿晶断裂的混合断口。The elevated temperature fatigue test of the GH4169 electron beam welded joint was carried out by the high temperature fatigue testing machine,and based on the test data,the high temperature fatigue performance of the material at different temperatures was studied.The result shows that as the temperature increases,the fatigue performance of GH4169 electron beam welded joints decreases first and then increases.When the temperature reaches 650℃,the fatigue performance of the material reaches is intensified.SEM scanning electron microscope was used to conduct microscopic analysis of the fracture,with the conclusion that the fracture mode of the GH4169 welded joint at room temperature is transgranular fracture,and that along with the increase of temperature,the fracture is mostly a mixed fracture of transgranular fracture and intergranular fracture.
