摘　　要：分面式导航服务是应对知识迷航问题的有效途径。探究分面式导航服务机理和框架对虚拟学术社区知识创新服务实践具有重要意义。文章在回顾相关研究进展的基础上,辨析知识聚合与分面式导航服务的相互作用关系,阐述基于UGC知识聚合的虚拟学术社区分面式导航服务过程和体系框架。研究发现,基于UGC知识聚合的虚拟学术社区分面式导航服务过程包含用户知识导航服务需求分析、知识挖掘与聚合、分面式导航服务和聚合服务的反馈与评价4个阶段,体系框架由底层的数据资源层、中间层的知识聚合层、顶层的分面式导航服务层三大层次构成。The Faceted navigation service is an effective way to deal with knowledge trek problem.Exploring the mechanism and framework of faceted navigation service is of great significance to the practice of knowledge innovation service in virtual academic community.Based on the review of relevant research progress,this paper analyzes the interaction between knowledge aggregation and faceted navigation services,and expounds the process and system framework of faceted navigation services in virtual academic community based on UGC knowledge aggregation.It is found that the process of virtual academic community faceted navigation service based on UGC knowledge aggregation includes four stages:user knowledge navigation service demand analysis,knowledge mining and aggregation,faceted navigation service,and feedback and evaluation of aggregation service.The framework consists of three levels:data resource layer at the bottom,knowledge aggregation layer at the middle,and faceted navigation service layer at the top.
