摘　　要：犯因性心理因素是犯罪心理形成的基础和条件,也是犯罪行为的前兆和.先导。研究影响和支配女性实施犯罪行为的各种心理因素,并提出积极预防女性犯罪心理形成的建议,是有效预防女性犯罪的必然要求。劳荣枝案是一起关注度较高的女性犯罪案件。畸形的需要和动机、错误的认知和价值观、不良的性格特征、迷失的情感和偏差的社会交往等一系列犯因性心理因素是推动劳荣枝犯罪的重要原因。强化犯罪心理预防是遏制犯罪的重要途径,女性犯罪心理预防的根本抓手是塑造女性积极健康的人格。引导女性建立合理的需要结构,构建完善的认知体系,锻造良好的性格,培养积极健康的婚恋观,提高社交心理水平,可以遏制和预防女性犯罪心理形成,有效减少女性犯罪。The criminogenic psychocalytic factors are the basis and condition for the formation of criminal psychology,and are also the precursors of criminal acts.Studying the psychological factors that influence and dominate female criminal acts and putting forward positive prevention suggestions is an inevitable requirement for effective prevention of female crimes.The Lao Rongzhi case is a high-profile case of female crime.Criminogenic psychological factors such as deformed needs and motivations,wrong cognition and values,bad personality traits,lost emotions and deviant social interactions are important reasons for Lao Rongzhi's crime.Strengthening criminal psychology prevention is an important way to curb crime,and the fundamental way to prevent female criminal psychology is to shape a positive and healthy personality,that is,to guide women to establish a reasonable structure of needs,build a sound cognitive system,forge a good character,cultivate a positive and healthy view of marriage,improve the level of social psychology,so as to curb and prevent the formation of female criminal psychology and effectively reduce crime.
