摘　　要：双胎消失综合征是指妊娠过程中胎儿自发性减少,既往研究显示其在辅助生殖技术中发生率为5%~30%。目前双胎消失现象对于孕产结局的影响还没有明确的定论。根据健康与疾病的发展起源(Developmental Origin of Health and Disease,DOHaD)理论,生命早期暴露对成年期健康结局有深远影响。本文对既往关于双胎消失对存活子代相关研究进展进行了系统性综述,对其健康转归和潜在机制进行了探讨,以期为辅助生殖技术相关临床策略和双胎消失暴露人群的远期健康监护提供指导性建议。Vanishing twin syndrome(VTS),defined as the spontaneous reduction of a twin fetus,was estimated to occur in 5%-30%in vitro fertilization/intracytoplasmic sperm injection(IVF/ICSI)pregnancies.Previous studies focused on the poor perinatal outcomes of infants with vanishing co-twin,but the results were inconsistent.According to the theory of Developmental Origin of Health and Diseases(DOHaD),the environment during fetal life influences the predisposition to disease and the risk of morbidity in adulthood.This review will focus on the short-and long-term consequences for the surviving fetus and the potential mechanism of vanishing twins in IVF/ICSI pregnancies,in order to provide guiding suggestions for clinical strategies related to assisted reproductive technology and long-term health monitoring of patients diagnosed with vanishing twin syndrome.
