摘 要:培训获得感是检验培训是否有效助力乡村体育教师“留得住、教得好”的重要依据。为解决当前乡村体育教师培训难以满足教师实际需求的问题,采用文献研究法、逻辑分析法等,运用马斯洛需求层次理论分析乡村体育教师需求与培训获得感的内在逻辑。基于乡村体育教师需求的培训获得感提升困境:安全感提升的困境表现为培训资源配置与培训机会的不均衡较难实现保障性需求,聚焦教师专业基础与角色要求的专业化培训的欠缺较难实现发展性需求;归属感提升的困境表现为陌生人与局外人身份的痼疾较难实现融入性需求;成就感提升的困境表现为自我认同与社会认同的消解较难实现认同性需求;物质支持与精神动力的缺失较难实现价值性需求。提升乡村体育教师培训获得感的路径:以提升安全感为基础,保障乡村体育教师培训资源并强化其综合能力;以提升归属感为关键,助推乡村体育教师置身于乡村场域并生成文化共识;以提升成就感为旨归,驱动乡村体育教师生成身份认同并实现自我价值。The sense of training gain is an important basis for testing whether training effectively helps rural physical education teachers to“retain and teach well”.In order to solve the problem that the current training of rural physical education teachers cannot meet the actual needs of teachers,literature research and logical analysis are used to analyze the internal logic of rural physical education teachers'needs and sense of training gain based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory.The sense of training gain based on the needs of rural physical education teachers:The dilemma of promotion of the sense of security is that the imbalance of training resources allocation and training opportunities is difficult to meet the basic needs,and the lack of professional training focusing on the professional basis and role requirements of teachers is difficult to meet the development needs.The dilemma of the promotion of belonging is that the chronic stranger and outsider identity is difficult to achieve the integration needs.The dilemma of improving the sense of achievement is that it is difficult to realize the need of identity without the dissolution of self-identity and social identity.It is difficult to realize the need of value without material support and spiritual motivation.The path to enhance the sense of training gain of rural physical education teachers:to enhance the sense of security as the basis to guarantee the training resources of rural physical education teachers and strengthen their comprehensive ability;to promote the sense of belonging as the key to promote rural physical education teachers in the rural field and generate cultural consensus;and to enhance the sense of achievement for the purpose of driving rural physical education teachers to generate identity and achieve self-value.
