摘  要:注射成型工艺因能够一次性完成外观形态较复杂的陶瓷制品的制作而被广泛研究.本次实验使用熔点低、流动性好的石蜡作为黏结剂,通过注射成型实验分别研究了注射温度、注射压力、脱脂制度等工艺对试样性能的影响.结果表明,在注射温度为80℃、注射压力为50 MPa时,试样外观平整光滑、致密性高、物理性能好.通过黏结剂组分失重温度区间制定脱脂工艺,对比匀速脱脂和分段脱脂后坯体微观形貌分析,发现分段脱脂成功率高,坯体结构均匀.Injection moulding has been widely studied for its ability to produce complex ceramic products in a single operation.In this experiment,paraffin wax,which has low melting point and good flowability was used as the binder.The effects of injection temperature,injection pressure and degreasing system on the properties of the specimens were investigated separately by injection molding experiments.It was found that when the parameters of injection temperature and injection pressure were 80℃and 50MPa,the appearances of the specimens would become flat and smooth,be of high compactness and of uniform internal structure.Comparing the microscopic morphological analysis of the adobe after uniform degreasing and segmental degreasing,it was found that the success rate of segmental degreasing was high and the adobe had a homogeneous structure.
