摘  要:污泥是污水处理厂的附产品,其含水量高且脱水困难,污泥脱水是污泥减量处置的重要手段.国内外污泥脱水的技术有化学调理脱水技术、电渗析脱水技术、干化脱水技术、超声波脱水技术等,其中化学调理脱水技术成本低、操作简单、脱水效果好,是一种有效且常用的污泥脱水技术.比较分析了酸碱调理法、絮凝调理法、氧化剂氧化法、芬顿氧化法等常规化学调理方法的优缺点及适用性,对选择合适的污泥脱水方法有一定的借鉴意义.同时介绍了芬顿试剂联用两性高分子法、改性天然高分子材料法、酶法和无机絮凝联合法等新型的联合化学调理法,分析表明联合化学调理法能够取长补短,更加高效地促进脱水.With high water content,sludge is a by-product of sewage treatment plant,and is difficult to be dewatered.Its treatment and disposal has always been the difficulty and focus of sewage treatment plant.Sludge dewatering is an important means of sludge reduction disposal.Sludge dewatering technologies at home and abroad include chemical conditioning dehydration technology,electrodialysis dehydration technology,drying dehydration technology,ultrasonic dehydration technology,etc.Among them,the chemical conditioning and dehydration technology boasts the advantages of low cost,simple operation and good dehydration effect.It is an effective and commonly used sludge dewatering technology.This paper compares and analyzes the advantages,disadvantages and applicability of conventional chemical conditioning methods such as acid-base conditioning method,flocculation conditioning method,oxidant oxidation method and Fenton oxidation method,and is of certain reference significance for selecting appropriate sludge dewatering methods.At the same time,new combined chemical conditioning methods such as Fenton reagent combined with amphoteric polymer method,modified natural polymer material method,enzyme method and inorganic flocculation method are also introduced.The analysis shows that the combined chemical conditioning methods can draw merits from each other and promote dehydration efficiency.
