摘　　要：总结了现行货运承运清算办法研究和提出的过程,包括办法总体框架、清算项目设计及清算单价测算,并基于总线原理对货运承运清算模型按票模拟测算过程进行了介绍。通过模拟不同清算单价水平下,货运承运清算模型对参与运输各企业的影响,为选择兼顾各方利益、模拟结果较优的方案提供依据。This paper summarizes the process of researching and proposing the current railway freight settlement institution,including the overall framework of the institution,the design of settlement items and the calculation of settlement price.Based on the bus structure,this paper introduces the simulation calculation process of the railway freight settlement by ticket.By simulating the influence of the railway freight settlement model on the participating transportation enterprises under different settlement prices,this paper provides a basis for choosing the scheme that takes into account the interests of all parties and produces better simulation results.
