摘 要:针对骨架密实型水泥稳定碎石制备问题,采用振动填充法和i法分别设计粗集料骨架级配和细集料填充级配,并通过分形维数来描述级配特征;通过无侧限抗压强度试验、劈裂强度试验、干缩试验研究不同级配的力学性质和干缩性能来对比选出最优级配方案,并探究分形维数与力学、干缩性能之间的关系。最后将优选级配的性能与工程实例级配的性能进行对比分析。结果表明,在设计级配中,骨架密实结构水泥稳定碎石的级配连续性最好,其分形维数处于骨架空隙结构和悬浮密实结构之间;水泥稳定碎石的抗压强度和劈裂强度随着分形维数的减少先增大后减小,干缩系数随着分形维数的减小而减小。For the preparation of skeletal dense stabilized gravel,the coarse aggregate skeletal gradation and fine aggregate filling gradation were designed by vibration filling method and i method respectively,and the designed gradation was evaluated by fractal theory.The mechanical properties and dry shrinkage performance of different gradations were studied by unconfined compressive strength test,splitting strength test and dry shrinkage test to compare and select the best gradation scheme.The relationship between fractal dimension and mechanical and dry shrinkage properties was investigated.Finally,the performance of the selected gradation was compared with that of the engineering example gradation.The results show that the gradation continuity of cement stabilized gravel with skeletal compact structure is the best,and its fractal dimension is between skeletal void structure and suspended compact structure.The compressive strength and splitting strength of cement stabilized gravel increase and then decrease with the decrease of fractal dimension,and the dry shrinkage coefficient decreases with the decrease of fractal dimension.
