摘  要:建立了单裂纹斜管模型与多裂纹干涉模型,基于弹塑性断裂力学,考虑风与低温的共同作用,分析单裂纹在不同低温条件下J积分的变化,以及通过裂纹相互干涉作用因子,研究附属裂纹对主裂纹前缘各点J积分的干涉影响。结果表明,外界温度越低,J积分越小,但当管道内外温差越大,J积分越大;在平行共线条件下,主裂纹靠近附属裂纹一侧的近表面点受附属裂纹尺寸的变化影响最明显;在平行共轴条件下,干涉效应在主裂纹的最深点与表面点影响最为显著;随裂纹间距增大,平行共线裂纹与平行偏置裂纹相互干涉效应很小,达到一定间距后可将多裂纹简化为单裂纹分析。The inclined pipe model with single crack and the interference model with multiple cracks were established.Based on elastic-plastic fracture mechanics,the J-integral variation of single crack under different low temperature conditions was analyzed considering the joint effect of wind and low temperature,and the influence of the accessory crack on the J-integral of the main crack front was studied by the crack interaction factors.The results show that,the J-integral is smaller when the outside temperature is lower,but the larger the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the pipe,the larger the J-integral will be.Under the condition of parallel collinear,the near-surface point of the main crack near the side of the accessory crack is most affected by the change of the accessory crack size.Under the parallel coaxial condition,the interference effect is most significant at the deepest point and the surface point of the main crack,where the deepest point is the enhancement effect and the surface point is the weakening effect.The interference effect between subsidiary crack and parallel bias crack is very small with the increase of crack spacing,and multiple cracks can be simplified into single crack analysis when the crack spacing reaches a certain level.
