摘 要:面向印刷机械导向辊加工过程,对导向辊生产车间的协同制造资源配置问题进行研究。通过构建导向辊制造资源与制造任务的协同制造链模型,以导向辊加工工艺、车间加工能力和资源状态等为约束,以加工时间最小化和生产成本最低化为目标,将导向辊生产车间制造资源配置问题归结为多目标优化问题,并设计了一种混合Jaya算法进行求解;以某印刷机械导向辊生产车间实际情况为例进行仿真实验,与传统加工方案对比分析,验证了该模型的有效性、算法的优越性以及解决实际导向辊生产问题的适用性。Oriented to the process of printing machine guide roll,the resource allocation of collaborative manufacturing in guide roll workshop was studied.By constructing a cooperative manufacturing chain of guide roll manufacturing resources and manufacturing tasks,and taking guide roll processing technology,workshop processing capacity and resource status as constraints,and minimizing processing time and production cost as objectives,the manufacturing resource allocation problem model of guide roll production workshop was reduced to a multi-objective optimization problem model.A hybrid Jaya algorithm is designed to solve the model.Taking the actual situation of a printing press guide roller production workshop as an example,the simulation experiment was carried out,and compared with the traditional processing scheme,the effectiveness of the model,the superiority of the algorithm and the applicability of solving the practical guide roller production problems were verified.
