摘  要:如何快速准确地获得炉渣厚度对冶炼终点判断是否可以快速出钢很关键。文章介绍了副枪TSO探头的测量原理,根据副枪的运行轨迹,当副枪依次经过钢渣界面和渣气界面时,副枪TSO氧电势和温度的突变对应副枪旋转编码器的转动距离即为渣层厚度,为快速出钢提供重要依据,可缩短生产周期30 s,产生显著的经济效益和社会效益。How to quickly and accurately obtain the slag thickness is very important to judge whether the smelting end point can be quickly tapped.The paper introduces the measuring principle of the sublance TSO probe.According to the operating track of the sublance,when the sublance passes through the steel slag interface and the slag gas interface in turn,the sudden change of the sublance TSO oxygen potential and temperature corresponds to the rotation distance of the sublance rotary encoder,which is the slag layer thickness,provides important basis for fast steel production.The production cycle can be shortened by 30 s,producing significant economic and social benefits.
