摘 要:基于电流体动力学原理设计了一种微滴按需喷射打印装置,利用高速监控系统观测泰勒锥的完整过程,验证了该打印技术的可行性;沉积的石蜡液滴平均直径远小于喷嘴内径且直径方差很小,验证该装置打印精度高且稳定性好;分别以石蜡和光敏树脂为打印材料,以导电的覆铜板和绝缘的PC板为打印衬底,证明了该打印装置对打印材料和打印衬底的普适性.A micro-droplet on-demand jet printing device was designed based on the principle of electrohydrodynamic.The whole cycle of Taylor cone was observed by high-speed monitoring system,and the feasibility of the printing technology were verified.The average diameter of the paraffin droplets deposited is much smaller than the inner diameter of the nozzle and the diameter variance is very small,which verifies that the device has high printing accuracy and good stability.Paraffin wax and photosensitive resin are used as printing materials,and conductive copper-clad plate and insulating PC plate are used as printing substrates.It is proved that the device is suitable for printing materials and printing substrates.
