摘  要:装配式钢结构芯筒法兰柱拼装时需按照负公差进行安装,上柱内壁与芯筒间存在间隙,因此设置单向螺栓可以增强柱壁与芯筒的联系。为进一步实现高效装配并节约工程成本,采用自攻螺栓连接代替单向螺栓,即为装配式钢结构自攻螺栓-芯筒法兰柱连接节点。对该连接节点建立有限元分析模型,深入分析上柱内壁与芯筒间隙的变化对节点力学性能的影响。考虑到实际工程中间隙不宜过大,因此将上柱内壁与芯筒单侧间隙从0 mm设置到3 mm。有限元分析结果表明:当上柱内壁与芯筒单侧间隙小于3 mm时,节点滞回性能较为接近,间隙的改变对节点抗弯承载力和等效刚度退化曲线无显著影响,因此在保证节点抗震性能的同时满足施工安装的便捷性,可将装配式钢结构自攻螺栓-芯筒法兰柱连接节点上柱内壁与芯筒单侧间隙控制在2 mm。When assembling the core tube flange columns of fabricated steel structure,they should be assembled according to negative tolerance.In order to avoid full penetration welding as well as implement efficient assembly of vertical components of steel structure,a finite element analysis model is established for the prefabricated steel structure with column connection employing self-tapping bolts,a core tube and fasteners,and the influence of the single-side clearance between the inner wall of the upper column and the core tube on the structural properties of the connection is deeply analyzed.The finite element analysis results show that when the single-side clearance between the inner wall of the upper column and one side of the core tube is less than 3 mm,the hysteretic performance of the connection is relatively close,and the change of the gap has no significant impact on the bending capacity and equivalent stiffness degradation curve of the joint.As a consequence,for safety reasons,while ensuring the seismic performance of the joint and meeting the convenience of construction and installation,the single-side clearance between core tube and the inner wall of the upper column of prefabricated steel structure with column connection employing self-tapping bolts,a core tube and fasteners can be controlled within 2 mm.
