摘  要:目的 通过使用全自动碘分析仪检测2022年尿碘标准物质,探讨全自动碘分析仪检测方法在大规模尿碘检测中的可行性。方法 建立全自动碘分析仪的检测方法,对国家碘缺乏病参照实验室碘标准冻干尿样(GBW 09108u、GBW 09110z)的检测结果在标准曲线线性范围、相关系数、检出限、结果准确度、精密度方面进行验证。结果 该方法在0~300μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.999 8,检出限为2.73μg/L,对尿碘低值和高值2种浓度的标准物质的测定结果准确度符合要求,精密度分别为2.7%和1.7%。结论 采用全自动尿碘分析仪检测尿碘,方法简单,自动化程度高、污染较小,适用于大批量样本尿碘检测。Objective To detect the national standard urinary iodine reference materials by automatic iodine analyzer in 2022, and discuss the feasibility of the automatic iodine analyzer using in large-scale urine iodine detection. Methods The iodine detection method with automatic iodine analyzer was established, and the detection results of the freeze-dried urine samples(GBW 09108u, GBW 09110z) from the national iodine deficiency disorders reference laboratory were verified in standard curve linear range, correlation coefficient, detection limit, accuracy and precision. Results The linear relation was fine in the range of 0-300 μg/L, with the correlation coefficient r=0.999 8. The detection limit was 2.73 μg/L. The detection results of the standard materials with low and high concentration of urinary iodine reach the accuracy requirement, and the precision was 2.7% and 1.7%, respectively. Conclusions The method of urinary iodine detection with automatic urine iodine analyzer is simple, with high degree of automation and less pollution, and are suitable for urine iodine detection in large number of urine samples.
