摘  要:随着科技的发展和社会的进步,人们对家电产品的要求越来越高,除了家用电器的使用寿命、便捷程度外,工作噪声也慢慢地成为人们关注的重点。该文综合考虑洗衣机制动器系统的组成与结构特点,分析其工作原理,通过对有机复合摩擦材料的组成部分:有机黏结剂、增强纤维、填料和摩擦性能调节剂,分别研究和设计,选用合适的材料种类和体积含量,保证刹车带具有良好的机械强度,稳定的摩擦系数,良好的耐磨性、抗热衰退性和热稳定性,以及较低的制动噪声和对偶件磨损。With the development of science and technology and social progress,people have higher and higher requirements for household appliances.In addition to the service life and convenience of household appliances,working noise has gradually become the focus of attention.In this paper,the composition and structural characteristics of the brake system of the washing machine are comprehensively considered,and its working principle is analyzed.Through the research and design of the components of the organic composite friction materials:organic binder,reinforcing fiber,filler,and friction performance regulator,appropriate material types and volume content are selected to ensure that the brake band has good mechanical strength,stable friction coefficient,good wear resistance,heat recession resistance,and thermal stability,low braking noise and wear of dual parts.
