摘  要:为改良我国寒区低温条件下桥面沥青混凝土的工作性能,利用玄武岩纤维制备了玄武岩改性沥青混凝土(BFAC),并对不同纤维长度、不同纤维掺量的BFAC开展了浸水马歇尔试验、三点弯曲试验以及冻融循环力学试验。研究发现:不掺BF的沥青混凝土在的残留稳定度为80.21%;当掺入0.2%的BF后,沥青混凝土的残留稳定度产生了不同程度的增大;不掺BF的沥青混凝土抗弯强度为7.02MP,而掺入玄武BF后,沥青混凝土试件的抗弯强度大幅提高,当BF长度为2mm、掺量为0.2%时,BFAC试件的抗弯强度为7.58MPa,较普通沥青混凝土高出7.98%;当BF的长度为4mm、掺量为0.4%时,BF改性沥青混凝土的综合工程性能最好。此时,BFAC试件的动稳定度为2163.26次·mm-1,残留稳定度为83.65%,抗弯强度为8.31MPa,冻融循环强度损失率为5.26%。研究成果为我国寒区桥面沥青混凝土的设计施工提供了一定的借鉴作用。To improve the working performance of bridge deck asphalt concrete under low temperature conditions in cold regions of China,basalt modified asphalt concrete(BFAC)was prepared with basalt fiber.High temperature rutting test,water immersion Marshall test,three-point bending test and freeze-thaw cycle mechanics test were carried out for BFAC with different fiber length and fiber content.It is found that the residual stability of asphalt concrete without BF is 80.21%;When 0.2%BF is added,the residual stability of asphalt concrete increases in varying degrees.The flexural strength of asphalt concrete without BF is 7.02MPa,while after adding basaltic BF,the flexural strength of asphalt concrete specimen is greatly improved.When the BF length is 2 mm and the content is 0.2%,the flexural strength of BFAC specimen is 7.58MPa,which is 7.98%higher than that of ordinary asphalt concrete.When the length of BF is 4mm and the content is 0.4%,the comprehensive engineering performance of BF modified asphalt concrete is the best.At this time,the dynamic stability of BFAC specimen is 2163.26 times/mm,the residual stability is 83.65%,the flexural strength is 8.31 MPa,and the loss rate of freeze-thaw cycle strength is 5.26%.The research results provide a certain reference for the design and construction of asphalt concrete bridge deck in cold regions in China.
