油田回注水系统管道防腐蚀技术研究

摘　　要：为了处置油田回注水系统管道腐蚀问题,室内研发制备了一种新型油田回注水系统管道缓蚀剂材料,并基于试验研究深入探讨了分散剂材料加量、缓蚀剂加量以及温度对新型缓蚀剂缓蚀性能的影响。研究发现:随着分散剂材料加量的逐渐增大,N80钢片的腐蚀速率逐渐变慢,新型缓蚀剂的缓蚀率逐渐增大。在新型缓蚀剂中掺入一定量的分散剂可以有效提高缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能,当分散剂加量为9%时,缓蚀率已经达到60.00%,继续增加分散剂加量对缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能无明显提升。当向钢片加入的新型缓蚀剂加量为90mg/L时,缓蚀剂整体的缓蚀率最大,为缓蚀剂的最佳加量值点,此时缓蚀率达到67.26%。宏微观形貌图结果表明,添加缓蚀剂后,试片平面逐渐平整,表面形成一层黑色或蓝色的保护膜,该膜吸附较为紧实,从而有效抑制金属的腐蚀。In order to effectively deal with the corrosion problem of oilfield reinjection system pipeline,a new type of oilfield reinjection system pipeline inhibitor material was developed and prepared in the laboratory.Based on the experimental research,the effects of some factors on the corrosion inhibition performance of the new type of inhibitor were discussed.The results show that:with the increasing of dispersant material content,the corrosion rate of N80 steel sheet gradually slows down,and the corrosion inhibition rate of the new inhibitor gradually increases.Adding a certain amount of dispersant into the new inhibitor can effectively improve the corrosion inhibition performance of the inhibitor.When the dispersant content is 9%,the corrosion inhibition rate of the new inhibitor has reached 60.00%.The continuous increase of dispersant content will not significantly improve the corrosion inhibition performance of the inhibitor.when the new inhibitor added to the steel sheet is 90 mg/l,the overall inhibition rate of the inhibitor is the maximum,which is the best dosage point of the inhibitor.At this time,the inhibition rate reaches 67.26%.The results of macro and micro topography show that after adding corrosion inhibitor,the plane of the test piece is gradually flat,and the surface steel is formed into a black or blue protective film,which is tightly adsorbed,so as to effectively inhibit the corrosion of metal.
