摘 要:为提升多孔混凝土的耐久性,增加公路隧道的使用寿命,研究公路隧道多孔混凝土硅烷防水膜性能。以某公路隧道工程为例,采用P.O42.5水泥等原材料制备多孔混凝土基样,将制备的硅烷防水剂均匀涂抹在多孔混凝土基样上,制备防水膜厚度为4mm、7mm和10mm的多孔混凝土硅烷防水膜试样,对其进行吸水率和防水性能试验。试验结果显示:公路隧道多孔混凝土的吸水率分别为8.46%、5.97%和3.33%;三种防水膜厚度试样的接触角结果在100°~120°范围内波动,防水性较好。In order to improve the durability of porous concrete and increase the service life of highway tunnels,the performance of silane waterproof membrane for porous concrete in highway tunnels was studied.Taking a highway tunnel project as an example,porous concrete base samples were prepared using raw materials such as P.O42.5 cement,and the prepared silane waterproofing agent was uniformly applied to the porous concrete base samples.After preparing porous concrete silane waterproofing membrane samples with waterproof membrane thicknesses of 4mm,7mm,and 10mm,water absorption and waterproof performance tests were conducted on them.The test results show that the water absorption rates of porous concrete for highway tunnels are 8.46%,5.97%,and 3.33%,respectively.The contact angle results of the three waterproof film thickness samples fluctuate in the range of 100°to 120°,indicating good waterproof performance.
