摘 要:为了确定我国不同环境气候下最为适宜的高铁站房保温层的用料与厚度,研究高铁站房外墙保温施工材料厚度优化方法。通过了解高铁站房的基本情况,并利用DeST-C软件构建高铁站房的结构模型,确定玻化微珠与岩棉为所研究的保温材料,确定具有代表性的4种气候特征,分别计算各气候特征和各保温材料厚度差异下高铁站房的全年能耗与全生命周期成本消耗。分析结果显示,综合高铁站房的全年能耗与成本消耗情况,对于较为寒冷的区域最好选择厚度为150~200 mm的玻化微珠作为保温材料,夏热冬暖区域适合使用100mm厚度的岩棉实现隔热目的,夏热冬冷区域可以使用150mm的玻化微珠实现隔热保暖。In order to determine the most suitable material and thickness of the insulation layer of the high-speed railway station building under different environmental climates in China,the optimization method of the thickness of the insulation construction material for the exterior wall of the high-speed railway station building is studied.By understanding the basic situation of the highspeed railway station building and using the DeST-C software to build the structural model of the high-speed railway station building,the vitrified microbeads and rock wool are determined as the thermal insulation materials studied,and four representative climatic characteristics are determined,and the annual energy consumption and life-cycle cost consumption of the high-speed railway station building under different climatic characteristics and different thickness of thermal insulation materials are calculated respectively.The analysis results show that,considering the annual energy consumption and cost consumption of the high-speed railway station building,it is better to select 150~200 mm thick vitrified microbeads as thermal insulation materials for the colder areas.In hot summer and warm winter areas,100mm thick rock wool is suitable for thermal insulation.In hot summer and cold winter areas,150 mm thick vitrified microbeads can be used for thermal insulation.
