体位适应性训练联合持续被动运动康复护理对膝关节置换术后患者康复的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨体位适应性训练联合持续被动运动康复护理对膝关节置换术后患者膝关节功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年9月至2021年4月在滨州市中心医院行膝关节置换术治疗的患者74例,根据两组患者基础资料具有匹配性的原则将其分为常规组及研究组,每组37例。常规组患者行常规术后护理,研究组患者在常规术后护理基础上实施体位适应性训练联合持续被动运动康复护理,比较两组患者干预前后膝关节功能康复情况及生活质量。结果干预前两组患者膝关节功能及生活质量评分差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);干预后研究组患者膝关节功能及生活质量评分均显著高于常规组,差异有统计学(均P<0.05)。结论对膝关节置换术后患者实施体位适应性训练联合持续被动运动康复护理,能够有效提高患者膝关节功能及生活质量,对促进其康复具有重要意义。Objective To explore the effect of posture adaptation training combined with continuous passive movement rehabilitation nursing on knee joint function and quality of life of patients after knee arthroplasty.Methods A total of 74 patients who underwent knee arthroplasty treatment in Binzhou Central Hospital from September 2019 to April 2021 were selected.According to the principle of matching the basic data of the two groups of patients,they were divided into the conventional group and the study group,37 cases in each group.Patients in the conventional group received routine postoperative nursing,while patients in the study group received postural adaptability training combined with continuous passive exercise rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine postoperative nursing.The knee joint function and quality of life of patients were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in knee function and quality of life scores between the two groups(P>O.05).After intervention,knee function and quality of life scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of posture adaptation training combined with continuous passive movement rehabilitation nursing for patients after knee joint replacement can effectively improve the knee joint function and quality of life of the patients.It is of great significance to promote their rehabilitation.
