摘 要:聚丙交酯(PLA)作为一种可降解材料,其应用广泛。目前主要方法是通过丙交酯开环聚合来合成PLA。如何高效合成PLA的关键在于设计出一种高效的催化体系。该文设计出一种结构简单的六甲基二硅氮烷镁(Mg(HMDS)2)催化剂,可用于丙交酯的开环聚合,由Mg(HMDS)2与BnOH组成的催化体系不仅能使聚合反应转化率提高,而且聚合反应变得更加可控,单体聚合转化率均在90%以上。随着BnOH的量逐渐增加,显示出一种无终止聚合特征,并且反应可控性逐渐优化,所得聚合物分子量分布逐渐降低。随着反应聚合度的增加,分子量分布同样保持较低值,最小可达1.09。Polylactide(PLA) is widely used as a degradable material. At present, the main method is to synthesize polylactide by ring-opening polymerization of lactide. Therefore, the key how to synthesize PLA e fficiently is to design an efficient catalytic system.In this paper, a simple hexamethyldisilazane magnesium(Mg(HMDS)2) catalyst is designed, which can be used for the ring-opening polymerization of lactide. The catalytic system composed of Mg(HMDS)2and benzyl alcohol can not only improve the conversion,but also get more controllable, and the conversion is more than 90%. With the increase of the amount of benzyl alcohol, it shows an immortal polymerization characteristic, and the controllability of the reaction is gradually optimized, and the molecular weight distribution of the obtained polymer is gradually reduced. With the increase of the degree of polymerization, the molecular weight distribution also remains low, with a minimum of 1.09.
