摘  要:筛选不同外给电子体与CD型催化剂、三乙基铝构成的催化剂体系的氢调敏感性及立构规整性,在Innovene工艺装置上结合参数调整,成功开发了高抗冲中熔聚丙烯产品,并对其结构表征和性能分析,讨论了不同生产条件下对产品力学性能的影响。结果表明:以CD型催化剂为主催化剂,三乙基铝为助催化剂,采用兼具较高氢调性和良好立构规整性的外给电子体,优化操作参数,实现对橡胶相的含量和结构调整,中熔指ICP产品在保证弯曲强度≥950MPa时,冲击强度由16kJ/m2提高至51kJ/m2,产品具有较好的刚韧平衡性。High impact polypropylene with medium melt polypropylene was produced by adjusting the parameters of Innovene process and based on a new catalyst system with high hydrogen sensitivity and modest stereospecificity, which was consisted of external electron donors, CD catalyst and triethyl aluminum. The structure characterization and performance of the products were investigated, and the ef fects caused by dif ferent production conditions on the mechanical properties of the product were also explored.The results showed that using CD catalyst as the main catalyst and triethyl aluminum as the auxiliary catalyst combining the external electron with a high hydrogen sensitivity and modest stereospecificity, the content and structure adjustment of rubber phase can be achieved with the optimized operation conditions. The impact strength of the medium melt ICP products increased from 16kJ/m2 to 51kJ/m~2 under the bending strength of 950MPa, and exhibited a good balance between rigidity and toughness.
