摘 要:随着全球水资源危机的发生,管道运输作为高效的运输方式得到了越来越多的应用,全球管道铺设量急剧增加。但管道工作环境较为恶劣,极易发生泄漏问题,并造成巨大的财产损失,因此受损管道修复具有重要的研究价值。该文分析了目前给排水管道损伤的主要原因,针对较小的穿孔泄露问题,论证了碳纤维复合材料在管道补强中的应用优势。阐述了碳纤维复合材料的给排水管道补强原理及技术路线,以期解决实际工程中给排水管道缺陷补强的技术问题。With the occurrence of the global water crisis, pipeline transportation, as an e ffi cient transportation mode, has been applied more and more, and the amount of pipeline laying in the world has increased dramatically. However, the working environment of the pipeline is relatively harsh, which is prone to leakage and causes huge property losses. Therefore, the repair of damaged pipelines has important research value. The main causes of water supply and drainage pipeline damage are analyzed, and the application advantages of carbon fi ber composite in pipeline reinforcement are demonstrated in view of the small perforation leakage problem.The reinforcement principle and technical route of water supply and drainage pipes based on carbon fi ber composites are described,in order to solve the technical problems of defect repair and reinforcement of water supply and drainage pipes in practical projects.
