摘 要:以中温煤焦油沥青为原料,用静置沉降、离心分离、热溶过滤三种方法脱除煤沥青中的喹啉不溶物(QI),实验结果表明离心法脱除QI效果最好,耗时短,但对设备要求高;静置沉降法处理量大,但耗时长,且QI脱除效果不佳,净化后QI含量基本在1%以上;热溶过滤法可以较好的脱除QI,但对滤材要求高,可操作性差。The medium-temperature coal tar pitch was used as raw material to remove the QI in it by three methods:static sedimentation,centrifugal separation and thermal disso⁃lution filtration.The experiment results showed that the centrifugal method had the best ef⁃fect in removing QI,which consumed short time but required better equipment.The static sedimentation method had a large treatment capacity,but it was time-consuming and the QI removal effect was not good,the QI content after purification was basically above 1%.The thermal dissolution filtration method could remove QI better,but the requirements for the fil⁃ter material were high and the operability was poor.
