摘  要:本文采用单因素随机区组试验,以烤烟品种云烟87为试验材料,研究不同浓度褪黑素对其农艺性状、干物质量、光合特性、经济性状及化学成分的影响。结果表明,叶面喷施褪黑素,可以促进烟株发育及干物质积累,提高叶片SPAD值,增强叶片光合作用,增加烟叶产量和产值,提高中上等烟叶比例,促进烟叶化学成分的协调。综合来看,以叶片喷施100μmol/L褪黑素效果最好。This paper used a single factor randomized block test,took the flue-cured tobacco variety Yunyan 87 as the test material,studied the effects of melatonin with different concentrations on agronomic traits,dry matter weight,photosynthetic characteristics,economic characteristics and chemical components of flue-cured tobacco variety Yunyan 87.The results showed that foliar spraying with melatonin could promote the development of tobacco plants and dry matter accumulation,increase the SPAD value of leaves,enhance the photosynthesis of leaves,increase the yield and output value of tobacco leaves,increase the proportion of superior to middle grade tobacco,and promote the coordination of chemical components of tobacco leaves.In general,foliar spraying with 100μmol/L melatonin treatment has the best effect.
