射频辅助腰腹部吸脂联合下腹壁整形术临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探索运用射频辅助腰腹部吸脂联合下腹壁整形术的效果和适应证。方法回顾性分析自2019年11月至2022年9月,共25例患者施行该术式。吸脂范围包括后腰部、下腹部、侧腰部、上腹季肋区,然后对侧腰部及上腹季肋区进行射频紧肤治疗。最后对下腹部松弛皮肤进行部分切除,同时可收紧腹直肌前鞘及腹外斜肌腱膜。结果共治疗25例,25例均Ⅰ期愈合,2例局部下腹部积液,经1-3次抽吸后加压治愈;无皮瓣坏死发生。随访3~12个月,患者腹壁平坦,瘢痕增生不明显,外形满意。结论射频辅助腰腹部吸脂联合下腹壁整形术是一种有效、安全的体型雕塑方法。不改位肚脐位置,缩小手术范围,对轻度下腹壁松弛患者特别适用。Objective To explore the effect and indication of radiofrequency assisted liposuction of the waist and abdomen combined with lower abdominal wall plastic surgery.Methods From November 2019 to September 2022,a total of 25 patients underwent the operation.The liposuction scope includes the posterior waist,lower abdomen,lateral waist and upper abdominal quarter rib area,and then conduct radiofrequency skin tightening treatment on the lateral waist and upper abdominal quarter rib area through liposuction incision.Finally,the skin of the lower abdomen was partially excised,and the anterior sheath of the rectus abdominis and the aponeurosis of the external oblique abdominis were tightened.Results A total of 25 cases were treated,of which 25 cases were healed in the first stage,2 cases had local lower abdominal effusion,which was cured by pressure after 1-3 times of suction;No skin flap necrosis occurred.Follow up for 3-12 months showed that the abdominal wall of the patient was flat,the scar was not obvious,and the appearance was satisfactory.Conclusion Radiofrequency assisted liposuction combined with lower abdominal wall plastic surgery is an effective and safe body sculpting method.It does not need to destroy the original shape of the navel and narrow the scope of surgery.It is especially suitable for patients with mild lower abdominal wall relaxation.
