摘 要:严重烧伤是一种极具创伤性、致死率高的疾病,其治疗一直是烧伤整形外科中的难点,而脱细胞真皮基质(Acellular dermal matrix,ADM)因为具有基底膜较完整、生物相容性良好和可“永久性”存在等优点,推动了烧伤整形修复的发展。脱细胞异体真皮已成为目前国内外业内认可的“永久性”真皮的替代原料。迄今为止,已有数万名患者从中受益并重拾健康。本文就近年来ADM的理化性能、临床应用及作用机制等方面做了阐述,希望给严重烧伤治疗提供指导。Severe burn is a highly traumatic and fatal disease,and its treatment has always been a difficult point in burn plastic surgery.Acellular dermal matrix(Acellular dermal matrix,ADM)has the advantages of complete basement membrane,good biocompatibility and"permanent"existence,which promotes the development of burn plastic repair.Acellular allogenic dermis has become a substitute for"permanent"dermis recognized by the industry at home and abroad.So far,tens of thousands of patients have benefited and regained their health.This article describes the physical and chemical properties,clinical application and mechanism of ADM in recent years,hoping to provide guidance for the treatment of severe burns.
