摘　　要：鲜红斑痣(port wine stains,PWS),是常见的先天性血管畸形,以真皮中毛细血管和小静脉畸形扩张为主要特征。在新生儿中的发病率约为0.3%~0.5%。脉冲染料激光(pulsed dye laser,PDL)作为临床治疗PWS的首选方法。对于部分PWS,单纯PDL治疗效果欠佳。本文针对PDL联合局部治疗在PWS中的进展进行概述,为临床治疗提供参考依据。Port wine stains(PWS)is a common congenital vascular malformation,It is characterized by dilatation of capillaries and small veins in the dermis.The incidence of PWS in the newborn is about 0.3%~0.5%.Pulsed dye laser is the first choice for the treatment of PWS.For some PWS,PDL alone is not effective.This paper summarizes the progress of PDL combined local therapy in PWS,providing reference for clinical treatment.
