玻璃纤维增强PA6/PP合金的制备及其热老化性能研究

摘　　要：通过双螺杆共混挤出方法,考察了不同的相容剂对聚己内酰胺/聚丙烯(PA6/PP)合金力学性能的影响,并制备了不同种类、不同配比的30%玻璃纤维增强PA6/PP合金材料。在此基础上,通过加入不同添加量或不同种类抗氧剂讨论了玻璃纤维增强PA6/PP合金的热老化性能。结果表明:玻璃纤维增强PA6/PP合金老化后的力学性能保持率随抗氧剂1010添加量的增加而升高;使用亚磷酸酯热稳定剂H161得到的玻璃纤维增强PA6/PP合金的老化性能失效时间超过1000 h,具有良好的耐热老化性能。The effects of different compatibilizers on the mechanical properties of PA6/PP alloy were investigated by twin screw blending extrusion method,and 30%glass fiber reinforced PA6/PP alloy materials with different kinds and ratios were prepared.On this basis,the thermal aging properties of glass fiber reinforced PA6/PP alloy were discussed by adding different amounts or different kinds of antioxidants.The results show that the retention rate of mechanical properties of glass fiber reinforced PA6/PP alloy after aging increases with the increase of antioxidant 1010 content.The failure time of the glass fiber reinforced PA6/PP alloy obtained by using the phosphite thermal stabilizer H161 is more than 1000 h,which has good heat aging resistance.
