中医艾灸联合个性化护理防治胃癌放化疗后胃肠道反应的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的以进行放化疗治疗的胃癌患者为研究对象,以中医艾灸联合个性化护理为干预方法,探讨干预方法疗效。方法收集2020年1月至2022年1月在本院进行放化疗的胃癌患者80例,采用随机数字表法分组,即对照组、观察组,均40例。对照组常规护理,观察组中医艾灸联合个性化护理。统计2组临床疗效、依从性、不良反应发生率。结果观察组临床总有效率92.50%高于对照组临床总有效率70.00%(χ2=6.646,P=0.010)。观察组依从率92.50%高于对照组依从率75.00%(χ2=4.501,P=0.034)。与对照组比较,观察组不良反应发生率2.50%明显更低(χ2=5.000,P=0.025)。结论中医艾灸联合个性化护理可以有效防治癌放化疗后胃肠道反应,提高临床疗效、依从性,值得推广。Objective To investigate the curative effect of the intervention method by taking the patients with gastric cancer treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy as the research object,and taking traditional Chinese moxibustion combined with personalized nursing as the intervention method.Methods A total of 80 patients with gastric cancer who received chemoradiotherapy in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were collected and divided by random number table method,control group and observation group,with 40 cases in both.Control group routine nursing,observation group moxibustion combined with personalized nursing.The clinical efficacy,compliance and incidence of adverse reactions of the 2 groups were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 92.50%higher than that of control group 70.00%(χ2=6.646,P=0.010).The compliance rate of observation group was 92.50%higher than that of control group 75.00%(χ2=4.501,P=0.034).Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower at 2.50%(χ2=5.000,P=0.025).Conclusion TCM moxibustion combined with personalized nursing can effectively prevent and treat gastrointestinal reactions after radiotherapy and chemotherapy,improve clinical efficacy and compliance,and it is worth promoting.
