摘 要:增材制造是复杂制备的优势工艺,因此,对420不锈钢3D打印件的组织及性能进行研究,可为420不锈钢复杂件增材制造提供前期数据。采用激光选区增材制造制备420不锈钢件,采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜分析打印态及固溶处理态的组织,采用拉伸试验机测试力学性能。结果表明:420不锈钢具有良好的激光选区增材成形性能,其组织为典型的不锈钢打印组织;固溶热处理使组织发生变化,典型鱼鳞打印组织变得模糊;固溶处理的力学性能优于打印态。Additive manufacturing was an advantageous process for complex preparation.Therefore,the research on the structure and properties of 420 stainless steel 3D printed parts could provide preliminary experimental data for the additive manufacturing of 420 stainless steel complex parts.The 420 stainless steel was prepared by laser selective additive manufacturing.The microstructure of 3D printed and solution treated stainless steel was analyzed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope,and the mechanical properties were tested by tensile testing machine.The results indicated that 420 stainless steel had good laser selective additive forming performance,and its structure was a typical printing structure of stainless steel.Solution heat treatment made the structure change,and the typical fish scale of printing parts become blurred.The mechanical properties of solution treatment parts were better than those of printed parts.
