摘 要:塔顶刚性环的存在,可以显著提高双曲线冷却塔的抗风稳定性,对塔顶区域的内力也有明显影响,故要重视其设计,并在计算分析时予以考虑。预应力是控制混凝土裂缝的良好方式,本文以某165m高冷却塔为例,对塔顶刚性环预应力加载的模拟方法、有限元整体计算进行研究,对塔顶刚性环预应力作用的影响进行了分析。结果表明施加预应力可以有效控制塔顶刚性环裂缝的产生,减小壳体顶部受到的侵蚀影响,而对塔顶刚性环混凝土的抗压产生的不利影响非常有限。The existence of the rigid ring at the top of the tower can significantly improve the wind resistance stability of the hyperbolic cooling tower,and has a significant impact on the internal force in the tower top area.Therefore,the influence and action of rigid ring should be considered in the design.As prestress is a good way to control concrete cracks,in this paper,the simulation method and finite element integral calculation of the prestressed loading of the tower top rigid ring were studied,and the influence of the prestressed action of the tower top rigid ring was analyzed.The results showed that applying prestress could effectively control the generation of cracks in the upper rigid ring and reduce the erosion impact on the top of the shell,while,the adverse effects on the compression resistance of upper rigid ring concrete are very limited.
