摘　　要：中国共产党在西柏坡时期的革命实践,形成了西柏坡精神。一心为民思想是中国共产党人的初心所在,是西柏坡精神内涵的重要组成部分,是西柏坡精神的本质体现。西柏坡时期中国共产党人始终坚持为人民谋利益,始终坚持人民当家作主,努力构建广泛的统一战线,为解放战争的最后胜利及新中国成立后各项事业的顺利开展奠定了基础。在新的赶考之路上,一心为民思想继续发挥其重要作用,是走好新的赶考路的重要保障。The Xibaipo spirit has come into being owing to practices of the CPC during Xibaipo period.The wholehearted devotion of the CPC members to the people is the gist,connotation and essence,and their persistence in working for the interests of the people,regarding the people as their master,and trying to build the broadest united front has paved way to victory of the liberation war and the development upon the founding of new China.The wholehearted devotion to the people continues to play an important role in the strive for a better futurc.
