摘 要:生化法难以治理含毒性物质、C/N比严重失调、B/C低可生化性差的含油废水,针对某能源有限公司油泥热解废水,设计了预处理-UASB-兼氧A1/好氧O-兼氧A2/改进型曝气生物流化床MABFT-电催化氧化深度处理组合工艺,探讨了生化单元对COD、TN、NH3-N的去除效果及运行费用。监测结果表明,COD、TN、NH_(3)-N平均去除率分别可达96.88%、95.95%、98.12%,出水各项指标达到当地纳管要求。It is difficult to treat oily wastewater containing toxic substances,imbalance of C/N ratio and poor biodegradability of B/C.To treat the sludge pyrolysis wastewater of an energy company,a combined process of pretreatment-UASB-facultative A,/aerobic-facultative A2/MABFT-electrocatalytic oxidation advanced treatment was designed.The removal effect and operation cost of biochemical unit on COD,TN and NH_(3)-N were discussed.The results showed that the average removal rates of COD,TN and NH,-N were 96.88%,95.95%and 98.12%,respectively.
