摘 要:建立了特高压站主变压器火灾数值模型,对水喷雾灭火系统作用于变压器的灭火效果开展了模拟研究,探究了喷雾强度、雾滴粒径和雾滴初始速度对主变压器火灾的灭火影响规律,水喷雾灭火系统灭火效果与水雾强度和初始动量成正相关性,并建立了喷雾强度与灭火时间的拟合关系。结果表明,喷雾粒径存在一个最优灭火粒径范围,平均粒径为400~500μm的水喷雾较适用于扑灭特高压主变火灾;以灭火所需的消防水量最小为优化目标,得到灭火最优喷雾强度为8.11 L/(min·m^(2)),并对实际设计中喷雾强度选取进行了探讨。A numerical model for an oil-immersed power transformer of ultra-high voltage station has been established to investigate the effect of water spray system on main transformer fire by considering different spray intensity,droplet size and initial droplet velocity of water spray system.Results show that the fire suppression performance of the water spray system are positively related to the spray intensity and its initial momentum,and a correlation between water spray intensity and fire extinguishment time is proposed.Furthermore,there is an optimal droplet size range for fire extinguishment or the main transformer,ranging from 400 to 500μm.An optimum spray density,8.11L/(min·m^(2)),is found with the optimal goal of minimum quantity of water required for fire extinguishment.Finally,the spray density selected for practical design is discussed.
