摘  要:目的:通过处方优化及质量考察,制备温经散寒抗菌止痒泡腾片.方法:以酸碱分别湿法制粒法制备该泡腾片,利用单因素实验,以硬度、pH值、脆碎度、崩解时限、重量差异及发泡量为指标优化该泡腾片的处方和制备工艺.结果:优化得出该泡腾片的最佳处方及制备工艺,按照处方及其最佳制备工艺制成的泡腾片质量稳定,硬度及发泡量适宜,崩解时限符合要求.结论:该泡腾片的处方及制备工艺合理,各项考察指标均满足泡腾片的要求.Objective:Through prescription optimization and quality inspection,the meridian-warming,cold-dispersing,antibacterial and antipruritic effervescent tablets were prepared.Methods:The efferves⁃cent tablets were prepared by acid-base separation wet granulation method.The formula and preparation process of the effervescent tablets were optimized by single factor experiment with hardness,pH value,friability,disintegration time,weight difference and foaming amount as indicators.Results:The best prescription and preparation process of effervescent tablets were optimized.The effervescent tablets made according to the prescription and the best preparation process had stable quality,suitable hardness and foaming amount,and the disintegration time met the requirements.Conclusion:The prescription and preparation technology of the effervescent tablets are reasonable,and all the investigation indicators meet the requirements of the effervescent tablets.
