摘　　要：技术转移是科技成果转化并显著提升经济效益和社会效益的主要途径。专利权是技术转移过程中的关键点,如何有效促进专利权的技术转移,是科技成果实现其价值的关键。讲述了美国蓄热调温纺织品技术如何通过专利许可以及企业并购等手段,逐步实现技术转移,并使技术产业化落地的故事。Technology transfer is the main way to transform scientific and technological achievements into industry,so that to enhance the economic and social benefits.Patent rights are the key point in the process of technology transfer.How to effectively promote the technology transfer of patent rights is the key to realizing the value of scientific and technological achievements.This article tells the story of how the US temperature regulating fabric manufacturing technology is industrialized through patent licensing,corporate mergers and acquisitions,etc.
