摘  要:通过数值模拟方法模拟了非均匀加热工况下内置两叶片转子和低流阻转子的太阳能集热管的流动与强化传热特性,得到了集热管内的温度分布、湍动能分布、努塞尔数以及阻力系数等参数,并通过综合性能评价因子(PEC)对内置转子集热管的综合强化传热性能进行了衡量。结果表明:内置转子后,管内流体的温度分布更加均匀,并且升温速率明显提升,若控制出口温度一致,则内置两叶片转子集热管的长度相较于光管可减少46.15%;内置两叶片转子和低流阻转子集热管内的努赛尔数和阻力系数相较于光管均有明显提升,其中内置两叶片转子集热管提升幅度较大,努赛尔数和阻力系数相较于光管分别提升94%~190%和308%~449%;通过PEC对两种集热管的综合强化传热性能进行衡量,两种集热管的PEC值均大于1,内置两叶片转子集热管具有最大值1.82。The flow and enhanced heat transfer characteristics under non-uniform heating conditions in a solar collector tube with built-in two-blade rotors and low-flow resistance rotors were simulated by numerical simulation methods.The temperature distribution,turbulent kinetic energy distribution,Nusselt number and resistance coefficient in the collector tube were obtained.The comprehensive heat transfer performance of the heat collector tube with built-in rotors was evaluated using the comprehensive performance evaluation criterion(PEC).The results show that after the rotor is built in,the temperature distribution of the fluid in the tube is more uniform,and the heating rate is significantly improved.If the outlet temperature is kept at the same value,the length of the heat collector tube with built-in two-blade rotors can be reduced by 46.15%compared with the plain tube.Compared with the plain tube,the Nusselt number and resistance coefficient of the heat collector tube with a two-blade rotor and low flow resistance rotor were significantly improved,particularly in the case of the heat collector tube with a built-in two-blade rotor,compared with the plain tube,the Nusselt number and resistance coefficient were increased by 94%-190%and 308%-449%respectively.The comprehensive enhanced heat transfer performance of the two types of heat collectors were evaluated using the PEC,and the maximum value is 1.82.
