摘 要:基于柴油颗粒捕集器(DPF)降怠速再生特性,对比研究了碳化硅载体在不同碳载量下通过降怠速再生时的温度特性,得出了碳化硅载体的最大碳载量。试验采用HORIBA SPC-2300颗粒计数器和AVL 472部分流颗粒分析仪测量颗粒物数量(PN),通过对比降怠速再生后的PN与法规限值来判断DPF状态。试验结果表明:随着碳载量的增加,DPF的最高温度和最大温度梯度逐渐增大,而再生效率会随之提升,残余碳载量减少。降怠速再生时,碳化硅载体后端温度高于前端温度,中心温度高于四周边缘温度。碳载量11 g/L时DPF后端中心温度达到1 171℃,再生后进行法规认证循环,DPF对颗粒物的过滤效率显著降低,碳化硅载体出现裂纹,表明碳载量过大,已超过碳载量上限值。Based on the drop-to-idle regeneration characteristics of DPF,the regeneration temperature characteristics of silicon carbide(SiC)carrier were compared and studied at different amounts of soot loading,and the maximum soot loading of SiC carrier was derived.HORIBA SPC-2300 particle counter and AVL 472 partial flow particle analyzer were used to measure the number of particulate matter(PN),and the DPF status was analyzed by comparing the PN after drop-to-idle regeneration with the limit of regulation.The test results show that the maximum temperature and maximum temperature gradient of DPF increase with the increase of soot loading,the regeneration efficiency hence increases,and the residual soot loading reduces.During the drop-to-idle regeneration,the rear end temperature of SiC carrier is higher than that of the front end,and the center temperature is higher than that of the edge.When the soot loading is 11 g/L,the central temperature of DPF rear end reaches 1171℃,and the regulation certification cycle after regeneration indicates that DPF has a significant decrease in the filtration efficiency of particulate matter.Cracks of SiC carrier indicate that the soot loading is so large as to exceed the upper limit of soot loading.
