摘 要:文中介绍了某综合液冷盲插系统的结构设计方案以及电液一体化盲插设计,同程管网设计,轻量化、模块化设计等关键技术。为了满足恶劣机载条件下的散热性能和力学性能,对该系统的流量分配和振动冲击性能进行了仿真分析和计算。最后对综合液冷系统进行了流阻测试和振动测试,验证了仿真分析的合理性和产品的可靠性。文中的设计思路和方法可供同类产品设计参考和借鉴。This paper introduces the structural design scheme of a comprehensive liquid-cooled blind-mating system,as well as key technical methods such as electro-hydraulic integrated blind-mating design,co-process pipe network design,lightweight and modular design.In order to meet the requirements of heat dissipation performance and mechanical performance under harsh airborne conditions,theflow distribution and vibration shock performance of the system are simulated and calculated.Finally,theflow resistance test and vibration test of the integrated liquid-cooled system are carried out to verify the rationality of the simulation analysis and the reliability of the product.The design ideas and methods in this paper can be used as reference for design of similar products.
